As a customer of a network financial institution, the limit on the amount you can send to another user when using the service is subject to the terms of your account agreement with your financial institution. You understand and agree that your financial institution sets the limit for the amount you can send when you use the service in the cell mobile app. This limit may differ from the limits that apply to you when you use the Service through your financial institution`s mobile application or website and may be adjusted from time to time. If your transfer exceeds a limit, you will be informed of the authorized amount you can transfer on that date. In case of errors or questions regarding your transactions made possible by the cell, please contact us by phone at 1-844-428-8542 or by email at customerservice@zellepay.com; or write to us at 16552 N. 90th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260, Attn: [ZELLEPAY] as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 90 days after receiving the first or received statement on which the problem or error occurred. You understand that the cell hosts a centralized database of information to facilitate payments, but that electronic payments or transfers are not initiated or processed directly. The cell makes the security and protection of your data a top priority. You may access Zelle`s Privacy Policy under zellepay.com/privacy-policy, whose Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Service Agreement by this reference and is part of this Service Agreement.

You can`t log in directly to ChaseQuick Pay, but you can use the cell to send money to QuickPay members. The cell is the backend on which QuickPay and a number of other bank transfer platforms are executed. You can see the complete list of supported banks on the Cell website. If your bank is supported, you can contact that bank to register for the service. Chase QuickPay® with cell® gives you a faster, simpler and more convenient way to send and receive money to customers of other member banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank. You will find a list of participating banks in zellepay.com. Your consent to these terms is required for our agreement to provide the transfer service and our pricing of the transfer service. With a few exceptions, as noted in this section, Wells Fargo does not set limits on the funds you can receive from other members.

You can receive up to $10,000 per day per account for wells Fargo account-based transactions, where a Wells Fargo member transfers money directly to your checking account using your account number and not your mobile phone number or email address. In addition, the funds you may receive from another member may be limited by applicable card network rules, transfer service agreements entered into by the member of the financial institution, or transfer service agreements separate from the cell. You understand that your financial institution may become a network financial institution at any time during the term of this Service Agreement and that you may have the option to continue as a user in the Cell Mobile Application and/or use the Service via the Network Financial Institution`s online site or mobile application. Subject to the terms of an agreement between the cell and your financial institution, Zelle will provide you with a message and other instructions regarding continued access to your cell`s mobile app and service, as well as/or instructions for registering with your financial institution.
